Pittsburgh Winter Wedding at Springwood
I first met Caitlin when she was a bridesmaid in a beautiful Jersey shore wedding that I photographed for Breanna & Andrew a few years ago. When she got engaged and reached out to me about shooting her wedding I was ecstatic. After meeting up at a campground in West Virginia for their engagement session last spring (you can see the blog post here) I was even more excited to photograph their winter wedding in Pittsburgh.
As the date for their December wedding approached I got a little nervous about the cold, but I needn't have worried, as this couple rocked it. We did a first look and portraits at Hartwood Acres and then headed to Springwood Manor for their ceremony and reception. What a beautiful location! I loved dancing the night away with these two, and was so touched by how thoughtful Scott was when it came to all the vendors. Throughout the evening he checked in with each of us to make sure we had gotten something to eat and to make sure we didn't need anything else. That mean a lot when we've been on our feet working for hours!
Caitlin & Scott, your winter wedding was magical and I'm so glad we got to join you in Pittsburgh for such a beautiful moment.
