Hunsberger Family
Fall is a fabulous time for family photos! The Hunsberger family was a blast as we played in the leaves, explored the creek, and took in some gorgeous views from a closed bridge, all right here in Montgomery county. Lori and Travis are such great parents and were more than willing to pull out their silliest dance moves to bring out the best smiles in their kiddos. I have so many photos of this family being awesome, but Christmas card season is approaching and I don't want to

Green Lane Engagement: Leah & Quiggs
On the May afternoon when they got engaged, Quiggs serenaded Leah with Jack Johnson's song Better Together during a hike at Green Lane Park. It's so fitting that this is "their song" because these two really do seem better together. We hiked back to that same spot where they got engaged, and he picked a great location to pop the question because the autumn leaves look stunning on the lake at this time of year! At one point during our session I asked Quiggs to make Leah laugh,

Becca & Sheldon's Wedding
The day that Becca & Sheldon tied the knot may have been the single rainiest day of the summer. The rain certainly didn't dampen their love or the party, though! From the very first time I met Becca & Sheldon to discuss photography, I knew I was going to enjoy them as a couple and that their wedding would be awesome. They were so excited to get married and to have a big ol' party to celebrate with all their friends and family. Thank you for the honor of capturing this beautif

Heather & Aaron's Wedding
Considering the forecast for thunderstorms, Heather was one of the most calm and collected brides. She and her bridesmaids got ready in her childhood bedroom in her parents' home, while the men played pool downstairs and Aaron waited impatiently for his bride. I wasn't sure what to expect when Heather told me she wanted to do their First Look at her parents' house, and I certainly wasn't expecting gorgeous forested gardens. Someone (or lots of someones) must have been praying

Greg's Senior Portraits
My family has a story that we like to tell about one of my first interactions with my younger brother Greg... Newborn Greg had just been brought home from the hospital and I, all of two and a half years old, wanted to help take care of him. The next thing Mom knew, I toddled out of the nursery and into the living room, holding my baby brother out in front of me with the exclamation, "I help you mommy!" He was quickly taken from my eager little hands, but he's always been my l

Breanna & Andrew's Engagement
Breanna and Andrew. There's so much to say about these two and our time together. I met both of them for the first time at their engagement session, which is unusual for me, leading to a little anxiety on my part... What if we don't click? What if they don't like me? What if they're super awkward together? After an hour and a half with these two, I couldn't even believe that I had worried about those things. Breanna & Andrew are not only in love, but were so willing to bring

The Green Lane Baker
I love supporting small, local businesses and vendors, so I was so excited to meet Adrienne of The Green Lane Baker. I've been seeing her work on Facebook for awhile, and when our wedding anniversary came around this month, I knew that Andy would love her cookies! She makes small (or large) batches of personalized cookies for any and every occasion. I can rave on and on about how delicious AND adorable her cookies are, but I think showing you some photos might be even more ef

Vanessa & Ryan's Engagement
These two got to explore a new location with me, and I couldn't have asked for a better couple to take on an adventure! Vanessa has been one of the most prepared brides ever, which I love! They're one of my 2016 couples, and I'm sad I have to wait that long to shoot their wedding after how great their engagement shoot was. #montgomerycountyphotographer #courtneyelizabeth #courtneyelizabethphotography #stroudpreserve #engagement

The Borzelleca Family
Tina won a photo session during a giveaway I ran a few months ago. I had no idea what to expect when Andy and I showed up at their front door, so their family was a lovely surprise. They have 2 of the cutest little guys, and we did the session at their home, as they just sold it and will be moving soon! I was so happy to be a part of their transition, even in just a little way. Enjoy! #family #familyphotos #buckscountyphotographer #montgomerycountyphotographer #courtneyelizab
